Our goal at Locomotive Audio is to sell the best handmade professional audio products possible. We also want to keep our customers satisfied with their online purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from locomotiveaudio.com, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price or exchange it with another product within 14-days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals and IEC power cords. Returns not following these guidelines will be subject to a smaller refund. Eligible returns are only available to the original owner. A credit will be given with the exact payment method used during the payment transaction. Locomotive Audio will not be flexible on this for many reasons, including credit card fraud. Locomotive Audio must have the product in its possession to determine whether a return is eligible for full refund. If a return is eligible for refund, a credit will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Each Locomotive Audio unit will be given a 60-day warranty from date of purchase covering parts and labor, excluding tubes purchased with unit. A 2-year warranty will be offered to original owners who register their product within the first 30-days of ownership. This 2-year warranty will be immediately given to all customers who purchase their products directly from Locomotive Audio without the need to register. We already have your info! Email the following information within 30 days of purchase: • Purchaser contact info - Name, phone number, email and mailing address • Legible scan or photograph of the original sales receipt • Serial # from stamped metal plate on back of unit.
Should something go wrong with your product within the first 60 days of purchase or within the 2-year warranty period of registered products, please contact Locomotive Audio by calling 314.282.0133 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to gain further instructions If it is determined your product requires repair, we'll let you know where to ship it and we'll also issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be displayed on the outside of your shipping box. Most repairs take approximately 1-week. We will match the shipping method you used to get it to us. (If you shipped it to us UPS ground, we will ship it back to you UPS ground; if you overnight it to us, we will ship it back to you overnight). You pay the shipping costs to us; we ship it back to you free of charge.
